Dave has twenty five plus years of electronic security industry experience. He founded and grew NSS National Security Service Inc. into a large regional alarm security company. At the time of it's sale to Entergy, NSS was the 40th largest alarm security company, of over 17,000 operating in the United States, as ranked by Security, Distributing & Marketing magazine. The organization holds the distinction of being selected as 1992 Dealer of the Year by Security, Distributing & Marketing magazine.
Dave is currently the Managing Director, Security Network of America (SNA). SNA negotiates national purchasing agreements for its Alarm Security Company Members, conducts executive education and leadership training for its members' executive teams, and performs financial and operational benchmarking analysis for its member companies located across North America.

Roger J. Davis, CPA, is a Partner at Goldenberg Rosenthal, LLP and has over 25 years experience in tax, accounting and auditing. Roger's areas of expertise including business and tax planning, acquisition/sale review and analysis, and succession planning. He works with family-owned and closely-held businesses in a variety of industries, including law firms, manufacturing and distribution, service companies, and real estate and construction firms.
Roger is often asked to speak to organizations throughout the Delaware Valley and also participates as a lecturer for CPA continuing education programs.
He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and PKF North American Network. Roger is also Treasurer for the Philadelphia Distance Run, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Independent Waste Haulers Association and Associated Builders and Contractors.
Roger is a graduate of Wilkes University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Mark Gronowski joined Barnes Associates in 1996 and is a Partner in the firm. Barnes Associates is an investment banking firm which specializes in providing financing, acquisition, divestiture, benchmarking and valuation services to the security alarm industry. Since 1986, the firm has been involved in over 250 alarm company acquisitions and financings with an aggregate transaction value in excess of $5 billion. In addition, the firm has developed a significant consulting and research practice where it has assembled an extensive database of alarm company performance results, and pioneered several analysis techniques now widely used in the industry. Mark directs this practice while also having extensive involvement in the firm's Mergers and Acquisition activities. In recent years, Mark played a significant role in Cambridge's purchase of SecurityLink and its subsequent $1B sale to ADT as well as GTCR's recent purchase of Honeywell's Security Monitoring Division.
Prior to joining Barnes Associates, Mark held several corporate finance and business development positions with Ameritech, where he was involved in Ameritech's decision to enter the security alarm industry. Mark is based in Chicago, Illinois.

Moss A. Jackson, a Clinical Psychologist who specializes in the areas of Leadership and High Team Performance, has been practicing in this field since 1972. In 1976 he co-developed the Center for Psychological Services in Ardmore, PA. During the first ten years, his work focused in the areas of family therapy, family business, and conflict resolution.
In 1986 Jackson created Corporate Initiatives, a consulting company that worked with business owners. Between 1986-1996, he broadened his perspective into the areas of high performance at both the Leadership and Team levels. This work has focused on leadership, the power of partnership, team building, high performance in business, effective communication and project management. For the last seven years, he has been asked to lead strategic planning retreats, train managers in high impact communication and conflict resolution skills, and to facilitate organization change brought on by changes in leadership, mergers and acquisitions.
Jackson is a skilled presenter at both the local and national levels. He is a "hands on" facilitator, speaker and workshop leader. He is an executive coach for many leaders in the Delaware Valley region. He is currently focusing on building powerful and effective organizational cultures through the discipline of selecting the right people for the job and developing them into loyal and productive employees once they are hired as salespeople, managers, or executives.
He conducts retreats and workshops for EMBA and MBA classes at Drexel University.
Ron Schwartz founded and incorporated Universal Alarms in 1972. Since its inception, Universal Alarms, which today is known as UAS, has prospered and developed into one of the leading national providers of security alarm services, which protects more than $10 Billion in commercial assets.
In 1969, prior to founding UAS, Ron entered the security alarm and fire
prevention business. Since that time, Ron's guiding mantra has been "slow
and steady wins the race;" this philosophy helped pioneer many bold steps
that defined the growth of UAS specifically and the development of the
industry overall:
Ron serves as a Board member of the Central Station Alarm Association and the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association. Additionally, Ron has served as the Vice President of the Pennsylvania Burglar Alarm and Fire Alarm Association. Ron graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in Business. Ron and his wife Sandy are the proud parents of four children and eight grandchildren. Ron and Sandy live in Longport, New Jersey.
