As the newly hired Director of National Security, Sandy inherited 102
stores across 21 states for which she was responsible to protect. Sandy's
initial security and vendor review troubled her because she was receiving
different levels of service provided by her six different alarm companies.
Additionally, the quality of the monitoring and service was below expectations
and was in part due to having different companies monitor different units,
but also because she had different security equipment in her different
units.
