Moss A. Jackson, a Clinical Psychologist who specializes in the areas of Leadership and High Team Performance, has been practicing in this field since 1972. In 1976 he co-developed the Center for Psychological Services in Ardmore, PA. During the first ten years, his work focused in the areas of family therapy, family business, and conflict resolution.
In 1986 Jackson created Corporate Initiatives, a consulting company that worked with business owners. This work has focused on leadership, the power of partnership, team building, high performance in business, effective communication and project management. For the last seven years, he has been asked to lead strategic planning retreats, train managers in high impact communication and conflict resolution skills, and to facilitate organization change brought on by changes in leadership, mergers and acquisitions.
Jackson is a skilled presenter at both the local and national levels. He is a "hands on" facilitator, speaker and workshop leader. He is an executive coach for many leaders in the Delaware Valley region. He is currently focusing on building powerful and effective organizational cultures through the discipline of selecting the right people for the job and developing them into loyal and productive employees once they are hired as salespeople, managers, or executives.
He conducts retreats and workshops for EMBA and MBA classes at Drexel University.
