Technical Support, Director

Kevin leverages his 12 years of career experience and today oversees UAS' Technical Support department. Kevin is responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities to deliver quality Service and unmatched Customer Support. These opportunities include on-board training, continued education and updating process and procedures.

Prior to joining UAS, Kevin worked for Evolve IP where he served as Senior Manager of Tier 2 Support. Kevin’s main responsibility was training and developing associates to deliver a positive Customer Experience.
Kevin is a graduate of Hofstra University where he earned a degree in Marketing. Kevin and his family reside in Exton, Pennsylvania.
