Rich Rhodes

Rich Rhodes is the Senior Director of Operations with UAS, which protects more than $15 Billion in commercial and residential assets.
Rich leverages his 37 years of industry experience and today oversees UAS' National Installation, National Service, Metro and Warehouse Departments. Rich is responsible for identifying and implementing new processes to increase the efficiency of department operations as well as managing and supporting the ongoing technical training throughout the Operations Department.

When Rich joined UAS in 2003, he first managed UAS’ Metro Department followed by managing UAS’ Five Diamond Certified, UL listed Central Station. Rich currently oversees UAS’ Operations Department. Prior to joining UAS, Rich worked for Militia Hill Security for 17 years where he was responsible for day to day operations, which included sales, service and installation of commercial and residential alarm systems.

Rich is a graduate of the University of Delaware where he earned a BS in Business Administration. Rich and his family reside in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. Rich is licensed in several States throughout the country, including Arkansas, Michigan, Oklahoma, Nevada, Virginia, Maryland, Tennessee and Oregon.
