Scott Elkins

Scott R. Elkins is president of UAS and an industry leader in developing successful business models for introducing and implementing new technology, solutions and services in the security alarm industry. Scott created UAS’s national accounts division in 1989 and has substantially grown the business unit over the years, targeting a wide variety of vertical markets, by leveraging its unique centralized management structure.

Scott serves on the board of directors, as chairman of NetOne, an elite network of the ‘best of the best” independently owned security companies. He is a co-founder and advisory board member of Catavault, a pioneer in the online user identification and authentication space, whose technology powers the “All-Access Pass to the Internet,” allowing users to access more than 3,500 sites.

Scott is active in his local community and is a board member of the Constitutional Walking Tour of Philadelphia. He studied at Villanova University and earned a Master of Science in organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. Scott and his family reside in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
